Today it reaches 4180 of the track and has several areas that have been enlarged and modernized. Since the end of 2011, the Misano World Circuit has changed its name. In fact, on November 2nd, following the death of the Romagna rider Marco Simoncelli, the spokesperson for the Board of Directors of Santamonica Spa announced that the Misano circuit would be named after Super Vic.
